To determine the cause, we applied the penetrant testing method \u2013 a simple yet highly effective technique for detecting hidden defects. After spraying the cylinder with penetrant, we discovered a microcrack on the cylinder liner. Such damage is often invisible to the naked eye but can significantly affect the operational safety and reliability of the machine.<\/p>\n

Since the crack compromised the strength and tightness of the cylinder, repair was not a permanent solution. To ensure long-term and safe operation of the hydraulic system, the recommended measure is a complete replacement of the cylinder liner.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n
